Our morning workshop tables were Cornmeal writing trays. Cornmeal for the letter C, our letter of the week! We also had pumpkin play dough available and an acorn leaf sensory table.
Many friends are putting the finishing touches on their turkeys. Soon we will be telling funny turkey stories about our turkeys. We worked in our HWT workbooks and made beautiful mosaics with noodles and popcorn.
We went outdoors for recess today. Sunny but cold! Thank you all for remembering the warmer jackets today. We needed them.
With pizza lunch we had olives and carrots. After lunch we gathered on the reading rug to sing our Turkey Ball songs. We learned a new one today. We talked a little bit about what our day would be like if we lived long ago and were pilgrim children. So many Chores to do! We all agreed we are lucky to have all of our modern conveniences!
