With a wobble and a gobble, we are moving right along in getting our special costumes created for our Turkey Ball, also known as the EDS Thanksgiving Feast!  We are preparing some special seasonal songs to sing for you before we feast, so your prompt arrival that day would be greatly appreciated.  We will be singing promptly at 12:10.

Our morning workshops included a mini puzzle table, acorn and leaf sensory, ice exploration for our letter I, and costume creation table.  The children also worked on a paper gluing 4 turkeys on paper in size order biggest to smallest.  Our snack was raisins, goldfish crackers and cheese.  After snack, we went outdoors for a runabout before we met with Abouna for Godly Play.

Godly Play today featured the Creation Story.  Abouna began the discussion by talking to the children about gifts and asking the children about favorite gifts that they have received.  Planting the idea that our world is a gift from God.

After lunch some children worked on the digestion pieces to their boney creations and some children worked on creating costumes.  We ended our day with a very nice sharing circle.  Thank you all for the wonderful "I" items that you packed for your child to share with their friends.
