This morning we had chapel time with Abouna.  Last week's message was that God loves all, every inch of us, from head to toe.  Today's message was that God is good.  We listened to a story about Joseph and his relationship with his brothers.  His brothers were not always so kind to him, but when the brothers fell on hard times and needed help from Joseph, he cared for them.  Joseph's relationship with God helped him forgive his brothers and show them love.

Our snack today was popcorn pretzel mix and bananas.  After snack we went outside to run our wiggles out.  What beautiful sunshine we had after the rain this morning.

We came inside to tell our Halloween story that involved making "sounds," one of our S words for the week.  It is called, The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything.  We then went to our groups to work in our HWT workbooks.

After lunch we danced to the Vampire Hunt and our Halloween Ball Songs.  We practiced our Monster Mash and Monster Boogie.  We also told fun stories about our Halloween pumpkins.

We are excited for our pumpkin picking Field Trip on Friday! We are meeting at the Farmer's Daughter at 10 am. Please wear your EDS t-shirt and pack a picnic lunch. Don't forget to send in yuor permission slip and payment. EDS will be CLOSED Friday. Thank you!
