At morning meeting we danced to Raffi's Brush Your Teeth song after our tweet and greet. We talked about the letter T. It was all about T for teeth today. We had a special dental station set up complete with dental tools and dress up, patient charts, teeth, tooth fairy wings and more.
Our snack was cucumbers, carrots and pretzel with pirate booty mix. After snack we took advantage of the lull in the rain and went outdoors for a runabout in the wind.
After lunch we worked on putting teeth on our bony bodies, more leaf creations, big pumpkin painting and purple monster painting. We ended our day with a special new board story for the Pete the Cat Pizza Party story. Miss Pam made it for us, thank you Miss Pam! We also acted out the 5 Little Pumpkins poem 2 times.
TOMORROW 9:30 is a VISIT WITH THE DENTIST! All students are invited to attend.
