Today we celebrated Miss Kate's Birthday! 

Kicking off Art Month this week! An Artist is...anyone that can imagine and create. We all have the ability to be an Artist.  We will be getting deeper into our discussion of what is considered an art creation or form.  We will also discuss some of the elements of art such as texture, color, line, and shape .  

Many friends worked on art projects at morning workshop.  We also continued to explore a deck of cards and solo cups as new elements in our Science room for balance play. 

We took advantage of our fresh snow and spent some time playing and sledding and building snowmen outside today, what fun!
