We had an action packed Tuesday. It was fun to see friends return this week that have been away on extended vacations. We had a guest artist visit today from Jamestown Arts Center. They read the story A VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR by Eric Carle and the children drew pictures from the story. They will be on display at our EDS Art Show. I hope you have all marked your calendars for this special school event! We continued our school projects of tie dying and painting. We studied the letter M and read the story MONKEY'S MISERABLE MONDAY. We had good weather for outdoor recess today. The children are still finding snow piles to play with! Our question of the day was a repeat of "What color do you make when you mix red and yellow?" Our snack was Miss Terri's homemade peanut butter cracker sandwiches and tangerines. We read Eric Carle's WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE COLOR? story book and shared what our favorite color is with our friends. We ended our day with free play and lots of dress up.
