Our morning workshop tables were jungle tree games that sharpen fine motor skills, social emotional skills of taking turns and sportsmanship, and our counting skills, to name just a few. We worked on special Grandparent cards and explored different rain forest jungle animals.
The children met with Abouna for Godly Play this morning. She told the story of the Good Shepard. After chapel we had a delicious snack of fresh cucumbers and blueberries with goldfish crackers.
Outdoor recess was a dream today, so sunny and mild. We rode bikes, played in the sandbox, teeter tottered, went down the slide, and hopped about on our colorful hopping stones. Ball were out for play too.
After lunch we had Show and Share for letter G. Thank you for sending in all the wonderful items that go with our letter of the week.
We ended our day with some love songs and stories.
