Our morning workshop tables were play dough, connectors and monkeys, and drawing. We also had a Volcano science table where each of the children had a turn to blast the volcano. We continued the fun after lunch, as we had to pause for Godly Play in the morning.
Our snack was fresh cut vegetables of carrots, broccoli, yellow peppers and cucumbers with hummus and animal crackers. After snack we practiced our graduation ceremony before going outside to play.
After lunch we met in the math room to go over our new shape of the month, Octagon. We used a stop sign to represent the shape as school is stopping in June. Miss Sarah polled for her new graph. This month's graph is, "Are you going to kindergarten this year?"
We ended our day outside in the sunshine.
