The children started their day in a deliciously Marvelous way. In honor of Letter M week, they glued M&Ms on a cut out letter M. MMMMmmm is what you say when you eat an M&M... and that is the M sound!
Today was Godly Play with Mother Anita. Godly Play takes the place of our morning meeting on Thursdays. She talked to the children about the church calendar and how special events and Bible stories are celebrated at certain times in the year.
Our snack was carrots with hummus, rice puff crackers and cheese bites. We then headed out into the beautiful sunshine for some outdoor play.
Our centers were apple sink or float predictions, paint stamping apples, and working in our Handwriting Without Tears letter workbooks.
We ended out day outside for more fresh air.
