Valentine's Day was celebrated today. We talked about the legends of how people fall in love...the love bug, cupid's arrow, love at first sight and love potion. We even made love potion! Our recipe was 3 cans of seltzer water with 100% juice flavor, it has to be nice and fizzy and bubbly to work! Then each friend added a special candy love heart. It was very important to think of someone you love very much while you stirred the potion with the crystal magic spoon. Our brave friends each had a sip with our fun fondue snack. We had dried apricots, dried banana chips and banana bread for dipping. We went outside for a quick sprint around and fresh air and completed recess inside.
