Terrific Tuesday, March 24th 2020 EDS at Home

THANKS for a great first ZOOM on Monday! We appreciate your support and patience as we learn this new tool together. Today on Zoom we are going to start off with a Good Morning song to greet our friends. One tip so we can hear each other, is to help your child mute and un-mute your audio when someone else is sharing. Remember repetition is a crucial part of early learning so we may repeat some things at our meetings throughout the week. We will signal the end our meetings with a Goodbye song. Most importantly, this is a fun time for us to come together and see our EDS family. See you tomorrow :)

To continue our study of March weather this week, you can keep an at home graph tracking the Lamb and Lion weather. March roars in like a lion and skips out like a lamb. Is Monday a lion or lamb weather day? Lion would be stormy, cold or blustery, Lamb would be warm, calm and spring like. Create and fill in an at home graph.

Math of the Day- 4 is our number of the month because of the lucky 4 leaf clover!

Monday- Practice counting 4 items at breakfast or lunch, practice writing the #4

Tuesday- Go on a RECTANGLE HUNT! Rectangle is the shape of the month. Bring your rectangle to our Zoom meeting tomorrow.

4. CREATIVE ART of the DAY
Go on a nature hunt and create a Matisse inspired Nature Collage!
Check out this nature sculpture titled "Electricity"
