WE had a fun Friday! Miss Colleen came in after lunch and did a lesson on camouflage (hiding in plain sight) we played hide and seek and camouflaged against a special wall. The children also explored centers, started building a Kapok Tree, danced with their rainforest masks, had morning meeting, had snack (veggie straws and fruit) had outdoor play, had pizza lunch and visited with Miss Colleen.

We need your help! We are working on ending all roughhousing on the playground. We continue to remind children to use gentle hands, this means keeping their hands and bodies to themselves. Hitting, punching, kicking and tackling is unacceptable behavior not only at school but everywhere.
It is our priority to keep children safe and teach them appropriate interactions and conflict resolution.
In order to maintain our open playground after school hours, please respect our school rules and outdoor space.
