Hope everyone had a nice long weekend!
Today we explored more October centers, painted jumbo pumpkins and gave them jack-o-lantern faces, 3s had chapel with Miss Jordan and 4s had morning meeting were we shared bat facts and learned about bat parts. Did you know bats have fingers and thumbs! Then we had snack (pumpkin muffins and mixed nuts) played outside and then had lunch, wrote in bat journals, colored the parts of bats and sang the 5 little pumpkin songs.
Next MONDAY the 17th is our Field Trip to Clark Farms, please complete and return your permission slips.

Thursday, October 27th 5:30-7 Pumpkin Parade and Silent Auction (Wow we have some spectacular items!), wear your costume and check out the jack-o-lanterns!
