We had a spooktacular day today!
The children explored October centers, painted Jumbo pumpkins and wrote stories, had morning meeting and sang festive songs, talked about the life cycle of a pumpkin, had snack (pumpkin bread, veggies, grapes and hummus) had outdoor play, listened to Halloween stories, had lunch, and retold the story Big Pumpkin with props.
Next MONDAY the 17th is our Field Trip to Clark Farms, please complete and return your permission slips. Children under 3 are free, but if you would like them to get their own pumpkin send in an extra $5 for them!
Sat, October 22nd 8-12 is our Clothing Sale! Thank you all for your donations! We are overflowing, look for a sign up to volunteer for sorting and to help the day of to come around soon.
Thursday, October 27th 5:30-7 Pumpkin Parade and Silent Auction (Wow we have some spectacular items!), wear your costume and check out the jack-o-lanterns! Spread the word around town to friends and alumni!
