We had a FANTASTIC return to school today!
The students: explored new centers, welcomed a new friend, wrote in journals about their holidays, made a snowy scene with shaving cream paint, watched the first snowflakes of the year, checked out the school changes, partcipated in morning meeting, discussed animals in winter- hibernation, migration, adaptation, had outdoor play (brrr) listened to the story A Bed for Winter, and pretended to be winter animals.
