These last few days of school we will continue practicing for our graduation show. We have made our headbands and are now working on painting our tshirts. The children are very much enjoying the songs and poems that we will be performing. We value these times together, working as a group. It can be difficult to wait our turn for our parts and remembering all the words, but we have fun and lots of laughs as we go. We never worry too much on show day if we perform the way we are expected. The teachers always support as performing in front of a crowd can be overwhelming. If your child decides not to participate the day of the show, please do not worry or feel stress. Smile, hug them and I am sure they will be singing along from where they are with you.
We had indoor recess today. Our snack was fresh strawberries and graham crackers. Today our Mr. Fishy Fish went home. It has been a delight having him here in the classroom for our school year! A big thank you to Michael Leialoha for sharing this wonderful fish adventure!
