Thursdays are a very busy day filled with fun. We began early with Godly Play. Today Mother Anita took us into the Church Sanctuary. She talked about God's House and played a game of eye spy to spark our curiosity and help us to know what you will see in the church and to know its purpose. We also talked about what we feel is special about our own house. We went outside for recess, and, like yesterday, decided to stay out for a picnic. We practiced our songs for graduation day. Our snack was trail mix of pretzels, goldfish, popcorn and animal crackers! Our day ended with a visit from Miss Abby. She talked about "eating the rainbow". We all got to share what our favorite food is and what color it is. We colored a rainbow and put a picture of our favorite healthy foods on the rainbow.
