Preparing the feast!
Today the children baked cookies with Mrs. Birch for the Emmanuel Holiday Bazaar to be held on November 18. They learned a lot of cooking vocabulary like "ingredients", "recipe", and "sifting and whisking". They worked cooperatively and took turns in the preparation. They used great eye-hand coordination. They also talked about measurement . All that and more in one baking experience!
