We're going to the farm!
TOMORROW May 25th we are visiting Casey Farm from 1-3pm
With such a high chance of rain- we are going to skip the outdoor picnic and meet at 1pm for the presentation. We will mostly be inside, but the farm will be muddy make sure to wear your rain gear and boots!
EDS will be closed that morning prior to our visit.
The cost of the outing is $9.

Monday, May 29th EDS Closed for Memorial Day
Today the children explored centers, celebrated Mr. Steve's birthday, observed our little chicks, had snack, and had a special visit from Miss Hera who brought in a baby painted turtle to show the class! We learned all about this tiny oviparous animal and its journal from hatching to being found at Mount Hope Farm. He was very interesting and had many beautiful colors. We also had outdoor play, posed for some yearbook photos, had lunch and had chapel with Mother Anita.
