Today the children were busy creating art in the art room, writing in journals and practicing their letter of the week in their workbook. We had bananas yogurt and granola for snack, had outdoor play, had lunch and then chapel with Mother Anita.

your schedule has not permitted you and your family to be here for Sundays at
10 am Godly play, try this weekday program, offered in addition to the Sunday
morning program with Miss Jordan.
Children
have an innate sense of the presence of God. The Godly Play approach helps them
to explore their faith through story, to gain religious language and to enhance
their spiritual experience through wonder and play. Based on Montessori
principles and developed using a spiral curriculum, the Godly Play method
serves children ages 3 through late childhood, and beyond. Come join us in the
Godly Play room, located next to the stage in Emmanuel Day School.Thank you for all you do!
