We had a magnificent Monday exploring centers and creating art. Our little seeds sprouted and grew so tall over vacation! They are almost ready to be transplanted to our new outdoor gardens! Thank you to the Rooney family for donating the lumber and to Hera Tar for assembling and installing our beautiful new beds!!
Today we explored centers, had morning meeting, discussed the upcoming Art Show, had snack (dried fruit, cheese and crackers) had outdoor play, had lunch, celebrated a birthday listened to a story and worked in journals.
The church is having restoration work done on the bell tower. Please respect the safety boundaries we have created in the play yard.
ART SHOW is Thursday evening from 5-7. Dress to show off your inner artist!
This is a gallery style art exhibit that means families do not stay the whole time. Families generally come in explore the art and have a snack and take some photos. Please check out our awesome Silent Auction items!
Sign up to bring a snack or supplies to the Art Show at Perfect Potluck. We still need cups!
Wednesday begins Mother Anita's new Godly Play Program
Wednesdays, April 26- May 31- 4 PM- 4:30PM
Join Mother Anita and Miss Jackie (aka Chef Jackie) for 6 weeks of Godly Play fun.
If your schedule has not permitted you and your family to be here for Sundays at 10 am Godly Play, try this weekday program, offered in addition to the Sunday morning program with Miss Jordan.
Children have an innate sense of the presence of God. The Godly Play approach helps them to explore their faith through story, to gain religious language and to enhance their spiritual experience through wonder and play. Based on Montessori principles and developed using a spiral curriculum, the Godly Play method serves children ages 3 through late childhood, and beyond. Come join us in the Godly Play room, located next to the stage in EDS.
Eggs arrive on Thursday! Thank you for all you do!
