Jan 30th

Today the children listened to the story of THE RAINBOW FISH by Marcus Pfister.  It is a delightful story that speaks to sharing, how sharing makes us feel, and how sharing helps us to be a good friend.  Keep your eye on the wall for their fish creations.  Rainforest masks continue to be developed, the children are enjoying adding more detail to what they have created, showing great extension and deep-thinking.  We introduced the letter "H" by hopping, handshaking, and high-fiving!   We played outdoors today and enjoyed the brisk air!  Woolly up this week as temps are dropping.  Shhh, we continued to work on our top secret valentine's day presents!

Sadly, Miss Carissa was out sick today.  Miss Nancy joined us for the afternoon!
