So Long November!
Today the children explored the changing centers. We have Santa's workshop, Bethlehem, a wrapping station and the gingerbread bakery. Then they had chapel with Mother Anita.
We also had another visit from Police Office Josh! He taught us all about how police help people and showed us his gear and cruiser. Thanks Officer Josh and Miss Colleen for setting it up.
We had snack outside (grapes and cheese sticks), outdoor recess, and then lunch. After lunch we discussed December and the Christmas season. We read and acted out the Nativity story and talked about our Christmas Show. The PreK children all have their parts!
EDS BOOK FAIR THIS WEEKEND! Usborne Books Sunday 11-3, Monday and Tuesday afternoon. This is an opportunity for families to buy new books, they make fantastic Christmas presents. A percentage of all books sold will go to EDS fundraising for a new school sign. This is our final fundraiser and parent volunteer request until the Spring, its time to hibernate ha! THANK YOU for all of your dedication to our events and fundraisers this Fall!
Extended Day is now available on Monday! Let me know if you are interested in participating.
Thanks!
:) Miss Carissa
