Please email me if you would like to help create our fairs crafts during drop off this week.
We had a quiet rainy day.
The children created costumes for the feast, worked on placemats, told
stories about the Mayflower, had morning meeting, shared their Thankful
Feather, had a visit from Miss Cathy, listened to a variety of special turkey stories and make a turkey magnet. We practiced Thanksgiving songs, had snack (apples, pumpkin bread and pretzels)
had indoor recess, beaded necklaces, and wrote in journals.
The Thanksgiving Feast is next Tuesday the 22nd at 12. The children will
share songs and stories, then share the food they made and sit together
for a community feast. The children will prepare a variety of foods and
parents will bring some. The first perfect potluck sign up for the food
we will make at school went out today, sign up to donate items here
