We had a fun day today! The children explored centers, worked on our October book, wrote jack-o-lantern stories, mixed yellow and red to make orange circles, had morning meeting, sang festive songs like Flappy Bat and Halloween Ball, had snack (goldfish, tomatoes, cucumbers and hummus) had outdoor play, had lunch, worked on puzzles, played a candy corn counting game and retold the story of the Old Lady Who Wasn't Afraid of Anything with props.
