Fun Friday!  Indeed!  We celebrated a friend's 5th birthday today.  We talked about our month coming to a close and enjoyed some wonderful dramatic play in our winter forest room before it fades away.  We wondered what excitement we will find in there come Monday.  We were again blessed with a sunshiny day and made the best of our outdoor time before the pizza delivery.  Our question of the day was DO YOU LIKE PIZZA?  A fitting question for Friday.  We learned that everyone of our friends today likes pizza.  Miss Terri made a new HUNGRY CATERPILLAR (Eric Carle) number game for play dough.  Numbers are FUN!   The children enjoyed our center time.  The wild horse barn has been very popular.  Miss Nancy joined us today and directed a fine production of The Three Billy Goats Gruff.  It was requested, which is always a teacher's delight.  We touch so many learning domains when we listen to stories and then reenact them for our classmates.  Everyone got a turn, too, which does not always happen.  You may ask your child what part they chose to play.
