Good Afternoon,
We had a great day! FYI the school will look a little different tomorrow. We moved some things around to better accommodate student interests and needs.
Mark your calendar for our Back to School Picnic featuring magician Skip Daniels, Thursday, September 24th at 5:30pm. Bring your own picnic dinner, blanket and a dessert to share. Look for an email from the PAB regarding dessert sign ups via a website called Perfect Potluck.
The students: explored centers (dinosaurs, trains, painting, sensory beans sorting and pouring, beehive etc.) participated in morning meeting, discussed bees, danced to the bee song, had snack, had outdoor play, listened to a story, made first name letters with beans, and danced to animal songs.
Please remember to:
1. Close the yard gates when you leave, we do not want any temptation when we enter the playground!
2. Complete and return the new Apple Orchard field trip form and payment $6
3. Sign up for field trip ride sharing- we already have some students looking for rides!
Alert! We are looking for any Tuesday and Thursday families who may be interested in changing both or one day to a Mon, Wed or Fri to help our fellow EDS families and balance our days.
Angel choir was a HUGE success today! Thank you to all who participated! Looking forward to a wonderful semester.
