Thank you all for making our craft fair such a huge success! A special thanks to Miss Kate, Miss Terri, the Erno's and McClennan's for running our table and facilitating setup and clean-up!
We were busy in the kitchen today!
The students: explored centers, participated in morning meeting, had indoor recess, washed and boiled the potatoes, baked the butternut squash, made corn muffins, practiced our turkey songs, listened to thanksgiving stories, and set up for the feast.
We are so excited for our Thanksgiving Feast tomorrow at 12:00.
We are doing things a little differently this year-
Please come in and find a seat near your child's placement, leaving the chair at the placement open for your child. When everyone arrives we will parade our Native American tribes and Pilgrims in for a few songs and the blessing. Then students will be dismissed to their spots at the table with their families. Families will be invited to serve themselves and their child from the feast buffet and enjoy!
