Hooray for our Second Day! (The first day for some of our friends).
Today was another wonderful day! The fog cleared just in time to spend much of the day outside!
The Students: explored the classroom stations, participated in morning meeting, learned new songs, ate snack with friends, played outside, listened to three stories outside, had a yummy pizza picnic, made a self portrait, sat for a student interview, made name necklaces and had ice cream!
Student Work Portfolios:
This year we are creating student portfolios. This means we will be collecting and saving some of their work throughout the year. Because of this, you may receive black and white copies of some work they have completed. Don't worry, we are keeping the original safe and sound in their portfolio. These will be distributed at the end of the year or on your child's last day! Thanks for your cooperation.
Please Remember to:
Put sunscreen on your child each day.
Return the blue home/school folder each day.
Return all important documents to Miss Carissa.
Make your September Tuition payment.
